Louland Falls | Parley's Canyon, Utah

We have been so very, very excited to blog this special Spring wedding held at Louland Falls, located halfway up Parley's Canyon. The bride & groom just happen to be near and dear family. We had a blast planning every detail with our bride, Betsy. Touches of gold polka dots, mercury gold glass, shades of blush, rose quartz, pink, creams, greens, and light 'serenity' blue were included into the floral designs.  Flowers included Juliet garden roses, ranunculus, blue tweedia, bunny grass, snow on the mountain, white hydrangeas, peach stock, white dephinium, assorted berries and greenery and our favorite flower ever...the Sarah Bernhardt Peony.

We used over 200+ feet of fresh bay leaf garlands throughout the reception area. Our favorite garland detail was the head table. We loved adding fresh greenery to all the beautiful signage, rented from Refined Vintage Rentals. There was also a lemonade stand and lounge area with vintage furniture also rented from Refined Vintage. Betsy found her jaw-dropping dress from local bridal dress shop, Alta Moda. Exquisite cake made by Rue de Lis. The groom wore Armani. A huge thank you to all the wonderful vendors who helped make Betsy & Scotty's wedding day dreams come true!!  Congrats to this blonde=bombshell couple!! Orangerie at Red Butte Gardens | Salt Lake City, UT

When we first met with Kaylan, the bride, she expressed her love and the importance of flowers at her wedding....(we love hearing that!) Kaylan's color palate consisted of shades of peach, coral, light pink, cream and touches of Spring yellow with an accent of light blue. The flower line-up started with peach amaryllis, juliet garden roses, peach stock, coral hypericum berries, craspedia balls, white garden roses, pink garden roses, pink sweet peas, and huge Japanese peach, coral, blush and white ranunculus and blooming hanging jasmine. March is among a favorite month for weddings since the availability of lush flowers is very abundant. Red Butte Gardens is also a favorite venue!! Wishing this bride & groom all the happiness!

High West Distillery | Park City, UT

Amelia & Berg, (our graceful bride and delightful groom) traveled all the way from the sunny beaches of Australia to experience the Winter wonderland of Park City, Utah. Their wedding was very small and intimate with close family and friends. We had so much fun planning with Amelia, one of our favorite things was to speak with her over the phone while adoring her charming Australian accent!! Amelia's vision for her wedding dinner was a warm and romantic glow over a plated dinner hosted by the exquisite High West Distillery. We added bayleaf greenery on the chandeliers and accented the vineyard style dinner tables with loose greenery, berries, blooms and lots of candlelight. Everyone in Amelia's bridal party and wedding were so charismatic. Thanks Amelia & Berg!! Please come visit us in Utah again! XOXO

Cactus & Tropicals | Draper, Ut

Our bride, Abbie and groom, Parker could not haven been any sweeter and easier to work with. Abbie had many wonderful ideas and inspirations for the wedding flowers & decor. The reception was held at Cactus & Tropicals in Draper, Utah. The venue is stunning, already full of lush plants and sweet smelling blooming flowers. Abbie had a charming idea of carrying out an ancient Japanese wedding tradition of hanging 1,000 cranes. Each crane symbolizes 1 year of happiness and prosperity. The 1,000 cranes hanging from the vast ceiling of Cactus & Tropicals was truly whimsical, not to mention romantic! Abbie & Parker's wedding color palate included shades of blush, pink, peach, ivory, champagne, gold, and navy. We included one of our favorite David Austin Garden Roses, the Juliet. The perfect shade of peach! A gigantic thank you to Abbie, her sweet family, and Parker for selecting Lilac Floral as their wedding day florist. Beehive House & This is the Place Park | Salt Lake City, Ut

Lauren + Mack were such a lovely bride & groom to work with. The color palate consisted of all shades of ivory, cream, peach, and coral with touches of vibrant greenery. Lauren mentioned she had a love of Coral Charm peonies, so we didn't hesitate to make sure every centerpiece had some of the seasonal beauties. Plus, the wedding was in June, again the perfect month for any peony lover! The day of Lauren & Mack's wedding was a complete downpour of early Summer rain. Lauren was such a trooper and didn't even bat an eyelash at the rain. In fact, she embraced it and it made for some of our favorite photos! Enjoy Lauren & Mack's wedding photos, from the Salt Lake City LDS Temple grounds, to the Beehive House across the street and a reception to follow at This is the Place Park. Thanks Lauren & Mack for choosing Lilac Floral as your wedding florist! Photos courtesy of Michael Rowley Photography
